Brava Hosts a Culinary Workshop with Chef Maria Vidal
Brava Island hosted a culinary workshop led by Chef Maria Vidal, offering two days of learning, knowledge sharing, and appreciation of the culinary arts.
During the training, participants had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and hone their skills in the field of gastronomy, in an environment marked by the exchange of experiences and the benefits gained from the activities carried out.
The program also included culinary demonstrations and tastings, notably a dinner held at Delícia Restaurant and a tasting at the Brava City Hall, providing participants with a practical and enriching experience.
The organizers expressed their gratitude to Mr. Marco Abbondanza for the opportunity provided, to Chef Maria Vidal and her husband for their involvement and dedication, as well as to all participants who contributed to the initiative’s success.
This workshop represents yet another opportunity to promote gastronomy and highlight local expertise, reinforcing the importance of training initiatives that encourage learning, creativity, and the development of the gastronomic sector on the island of Brava.
